The TECH MCT BLACKOUT is a stealth version of the popular TECH MCT featuring Veto Pro Pacs proprietary V-SWAP system. Alternative tablet and bulk storage panels are available separately and can be swapped-out enabling tool, gear or job specific storage solutions.
